Though Price’s university degree was in economics and communication, she quickly found that she couldn’t stay away from her true love: acting. After working for “about six minutes,” she says, in the field of finance, Price took a leap of faith into the entertainment industry—a leap that quickly paid off with a regular role on NBC’s “Lateline.”
Price later played “Claudia the Hot Mom” in the hit series “Grounded for Life” for five years. She now stars in the CBS hit comedy “Rules of Engagement.”
In addition to television, Price has acted in feature films such as “Larry the Cable Guy,” “Mystery, Alaska” and “Love Happens.” She has also appeared onstage in “The Anne Heche Monologues” and Annie Reiner’s “The New Living Room.”
Price competes in both sprint and Olympic-distance triathlons and hopes to one day complete the Ironman. And her passion for cooking won her a judging position alongside legendary chef Michel Richard in a weeklong cooking championship.
