On air and in front of the cameras, Adam Carolla has earned massive success with his comedic flair. But in the 2010 Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race, Carolla will have to get serious if he wants to win.

Carolla is one of the most versatile men in Hollywood and one of the most respected and best-known performers in the world of comedy. He currently hosts a podcast and recently hosted CBS Radio’s “Adam Carolla Show,” which was broadcast in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Portland.

A self-taught auto expert, Carolla recently wrapped production on the BBC pilot “Top Gear,” which he co-hosts with stunt driver and champion racer Tanner Foust and HGTV host Eric Stromer. Carolla also co-produced, co-wrote and starred in the independent boxing feature film “The Hammer,” which premiered at the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival.

On radio, Carolla developed an enormous following as the co-host, along with Dr. Drew Pinsky, of the hit show “Loveline,” and he developed two successful Comedy Central shows with partners Jimmy Kimmel and Daniel Kellison, “The Man Show” and “Crank Yankers.”

Carolla has also lent his voice to shows ranging from “Buzz Lightyear of Star Command” to “Family Guy.”

He has recently appeared on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” and starred in TLC’s “The Adam Carolla Project,” in which he chronicled the renovation and subsequent sale of his childhood home in Los Angeles.
