Biography

The only driver in NHRA history to win in both Top Fuel and Pro Stock Motorcycle (PSM), Antron Brown has become one of the top drivers in the sport today. Since moving to the Top Fuel ranks in 2008, Brown has notched nine victories and has yet to finish below fifth overall in points with a third in 2009, fourth in 2010 and a fifth in 2008. Last season, he recorded one win and made seven finals appearances after registering a series-high six victories in 2009. Prior to moving to Top Fuel, the New Jersey native enjoyed a 10-year, 16-win PSM career in NHRA. He has a Top Fuel career-best 3.777 ET and a top speed of 321.96 mph. Outside of racing, Brown ran quick enough in the 100-meter dash to qualify for the U.S. Olympic Trials in 1997. He began racing motocross at the age of 12 and made his first competitive drag racing run as a high school senior.
