Biography

In its second year with Toyota power, Wilke-Pak Motorsports has long been one of the top teams in USAC racing. In recent years, the team has registered four USAC National Midget Car Series championships, including the 2006 and 2007 Driver’s Championships with current pilot Jerry Coons, Jr., and the 2005 and 2007 Owner/Entrant titles. In addition, the team finished as series runners-up in both 2003 and 2004. Wilke-Pak has registered more than 200 midget car feature wins. In addition to its success in midget car racing, the Wilke family has a great tradition in Indy car racing, dating back to the 1930s, earning three Indianapolis 500 wins and six Indy car series titles.
