NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON.
2. GIVEAWAY ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE. VOID OUTSIDE THE FIFTY UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY CONSTITUTES ENTRANT'S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO FULLY COMPLY WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. WINNING A PRIZE IS CONTINGENT UPON FULFILLING ALL REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN.
3. Employees of TOYOTA MOTOR SALES, U.S.A., INC., (hereinafter, "Sponsor"), and Velocity Sports and Entertainment, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies and dealers (such entities, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Released Entities") and such employees' immediate family members and household members (whether or not related), are not eligible. The Toyota Tag Your Wag Prize Giveaway (hereinafter, "Giveaway") is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
4. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Giveaway is Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., 19001 South Western Avenue, Torrance, CA 90501.
5. HOW TO ENTER: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time on September 12, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern October 3, 2012. The foregoing period is hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway Period.") All entrants must visit www.toyotaracing.com/tagyourwag during the Giveaway Period, fill out an Official Tag Your Wag Entry Form and complete all entry questions on the form. Incomplete forms will be disqualified from the Giveaway. One (1) entry per person. Entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and shall not be acknowledged or returned.
6. PRIZE RANDOM DRAWINGS: Prize winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning a prize in any drawing will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received and included in the drawing at the time of the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Velocity Sports and Entertainment, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding in all respects. The potential prize winners (hereinafter, "Potential Prize Winners") will be notified by either telephone or email.
7. THE PRIZES: Prize winners will receive their prizes by UPS mail delivery within 30 to 60 days of the Prize winners' selection. Prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes (if any) on the value of their prize which Sponsor will, if required by law, report to the Internal Revenue Service by filing an IRS Form 1099 reflecting such value. No substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize is unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non transferable.
The description and approximate retail value (ARV) of the prizes are as follows:
- Toyota Racing Hat (1) (ARV- $15)
- Toyota Racing DieCast (1) (ARV - $25)
- Toyota Racing Coasters (2 sets) (ARV - $5 each)
- Toyota Racing T-shirt (1) (ARV - $15)
- Toyota Racing Design Wagon (1) (ARV - $300)
Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes = $365
Winners will be contacted via email no later than 11:59 PM EST by Wednesday, October 10. Winners must reply within 72 hours of notification or the prize may be awarded to someone else. The wagon featured in the Tag your Wag logo is illustrative and does not represent the wagon winners will receive as part of the Giveaway.
8. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASES:
If the prize is returned as undeliverable, the Potential Prize Winner is ineligible or the Potential Prize Winner declines a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If a selected Potential Prize Winner fails to comply with the Official Rules within the designated period, the Potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Eligibility, age, and claims made by any Potential Prize Winner are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for any fraudulent calls and/or e-mails made to entrants not by the Sponsor. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission by Potential Prize Winner for Sponsor and/or its designees to use the Potential Prize Winner's name, address, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to, or further consent of, the Prize Winner to the extent permitted by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By submitting an entry, all entrants and Potential Prize Winners:
(a) agree to totally and completely release Sponsor and the other Released Entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in the Giveaway, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery, regardless of whether any claim(s) for loss or damage under this paragraph, or knowledge of the facts constituting such claim(s), exist at the time of entrant's entry into the Giveaway or arise at any time thereafter;
(b) acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and the other Released Entities have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, oral or written, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose; and,
(c) agree to fully comply with these Official Rules.
Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Giveaway will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Giveaway in any way or at any time.
10. USE OF INFORMATION: The information that entrant provides in connection with the Giveaway may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes and to send entrant information about Sponsor's products but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway or as required by law or legal process. Entrants should be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry into the Giveaway to receive information about Sponsor's products. If entrant does not wish to receive information about Sponsor's products, please do not check the box on the Official Entry Form.

12. NATURE OF SPONSOR'S BUSINESS: Automobile Manufacturer.
